Some highlights of this release are:
* Human:
- Adding the third patch release for human assembly
- Update to annotation incorporating the latest geneset from Havana.
- Fresh import of dbSNP132, Allele Frequencies from 1000 genomes project, and other external sources
- Incorporation of more ChIP-Seq data from ENCODE and Epigenomics Roadmap into the Regulatory Build
