Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a case when an intron strand could be different from the transcript strand? I assume not, as the intron cannot be the reverse compliment - e.g. looking for GT-AG for U2 type introns!? I'm doing some calculations based on coordinates of the intron relative to the transcript and am trying to think of any possible error checks that need adding!
