Hi All<br>

Might be a naive question. When I look in biomart (Ensembl 61+Homo
sapiens), I don't see the entrez id for ensembl gene
(ENSG00000178980). Also could not see cross reference to entrez
under External references section in gene page for this gene(SEPW1).<br>

downloaded from NCBI (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/gene/DATA/">ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/gene/DATA/</a>)<br>

Wondering why biomart/ensembl is missing this entrez mapping for
