Hi, all<br>I try to use indicate to index my protein databases,<br>however, when i use the indicate program deposited at ensc-core/src/Programs, it fails:<br><br>Creating Index dir csa_pep_chunk0_indexPrimary parser = SingleWordParser<br>Error: Didn't find func named SingleWordParser<br>Got function address 0<br><br>at what place could i find those parser functions?<br><br>Wenkai<br>
