Hello Sunita,<div><br></div><div>Using the VEP is currently the only way to get Condel scores through Ensembl for variant positions.</div><div><br></div><div>If you already have the scores of the constituent packages calculated (SIFT and PolyPhen), you may be able to reuse some of the code in the Condel VEP plugin to write a short script to do the Condel calculation for you.</div>
