    I'm trying to calculate Grantham AA distance as a VEP plugin.<br>

    Currently I'm doing it parsing HGSVp and calculating distance

    between the two AA being parsed.<br>

    Do you guys believe there's an easier and more efficient way to do

    this?<br>
