With regards to rat, we have just completed an Ensembl Pre!
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://pre.ensembl.org/index.html">http://pre.ensembl.org/index.html</a>) site which will be made public
in January for Rnor_6.0. The full gene annotation is due for
release in e80 (mid 2015).<br>

At the moment we have cow UMD_3.1 available at
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.ensembl.org/Bos_taurus/Info/Index">http://www.ensembl.org/Bos_taurus/Info/Index</a> which corresponds to
GenBank Assembly ID GCA_000003055.3<font color="#000000"><a

rel="external" class="constant"></a>.<br>
