Hi Greg,<br>
<br>
The list of all three-letter species code can be found here:<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.ensembl.org/info/genome/stable_ids/index.html">http://www.ensembl.org/info/genome/stable_ids/index.html</a><br>
<br>
This information is also stored in the database for each species,
for the meta_key species.stable_id_prefix<br>
<br>
<br>
Hope that helps,<br>

I was wondering what's the best way to get a comprehensive list of
the three-letter species codes, as they appear in various
identifiers, such as 'ENSMUSG...' etc., ideally also with a
mapping to numerical taxids?<br>
<br>
I found the list at <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.ensembl.org/info/about/species.html">http://www.ensembl.org/info/about/species.html</a>
and I can see that there is an option to export the table to CSV
but the three letter codes are not there.<br>

<br>
Best,<br>
Greg<br>
