Hi Igo,<br>
<br>
We get dbVar data through DGVa (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.ebi.ac.uk/dgva">http://www.ebi.ac.uk/dgva</a>)<br>
<br>
To determine whether a DGVa data was copied from dbVar or has been
archived by DGVa itself, you need to look at the identifiers:<br>
- dbVar data: starts with the letter 'n' (e.g. nstd1 for the study
and nsv1 for the structural variant)<br>
- DGVa data: starts with the letter 'e' (e.g. estd1 for the study
and esv1 for the structural variant)<br>
<br>
Best regards,<br>
