    Is it possible to retrieve <b>cds_start</b> and <b>cds_end</b>

    positions from CDS_position field in VEP when using VCF as output

    format?<br>

    I would like to get start/end also for cdna and protein.<br>

    In VCF output I see a unique coordiante in those fields (<b>CDS_position,

      Protein_position and cDNA_position</b>) however in

    can see start/end (at least for JSON output).<br>
