Ok I'm sorry I just found a record where I obtain start-end
position. Forget the question.
I can assume that start/end position is the same if only one
coordinate is found in field.

Hello,

Is it possible to retrieve cds_start and cds_end
positions from CDS_position field in VEP when using VCF as output
format?
I would like to get start/end also for cdna and protein.

In VCF output I see a unique coordiante in those fields (CDS_position,
Protein_position and cDNA_position) however in <a

I can see start/end (at least for JSON output).

Thank you!
