<div dir="ltr">Greetings,<br><br>It seems that some mouse species, like DBA_2J, have gone missing from the 87th version of Ensembl 87.  For example, the DBA_2J files are not present at this folder:<br><br><a href="http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-87/variation/VEP/">http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-87/variation/VEP/</a><br><br>but are present in the previous release:<br><br><a href="http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-86/variation/VEP/">http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-86/variation/VEP/</a><br><br>Any help or information would be more than appreciated.  Thank you for your time.<br><br>Kind regards,<br>Trevor Tanner</div>
