    <p>I used VEP to annotate vcf files, I'm interested by the <b>MotifFeature</b>.

      In the annotated file, I have only the ensembl motif ID (Feature

      column). <br>

    </p>

    <p>Is there any way to get gene ID in addition of the ensembl motif

      ID.</p>
