Currently, our REST endpoints only return frequencies for the populations mentioned in <a href="http://rest.ensembl.org/info/variation/populations/homo_sapiens?content-type=application/json">http://rest.ensembl.org/info/variation/populations/homo_sapiens?content-type=application/json</a> (which does not include UK10K frequency data).</div><div><br></div><div>We are considering adding all frequencies available in the variation page to the variation REST endpoint for consistency.
